Your 1st Meeting with URSA
A new situation can be a scary thing. We are here to make things a little less scary
The first time you enter into any new situation, it can be filled with apprehension and anxiety. Unsure of what to expect and what will be involved, you may be hesitant to make that first call and arrange a meeting.
To alleviate some of your distress and unease, we assure you the first time you set foot through our doors, you will be treated with compassion, respect and kindness. We know what you are going through and we know it's a difficult time. You have questions and concerns and sometimes, you just don't know where to start.
Together as a family or just as an individual, we would be happy to arrange a tour of our facility and our programs for you. Depending on your specific needs and which program(s) you would be interested in, you will be accompanied on the tour with the manager of the program. They will be able to directly answer you questions pertaining to the program set-up, what is involved, who is involved, what costs are associated with the programs and any special features of the facility and program.
We strongly encourage you to write down any questions and concerns you have ahead of time and bring them with you. If during the duration of the visit your specific questions haven't been addressed, we'll make sure you have an opportunity to ask them. Naturally, after you have left the facility, addition questions will pop up. Again, make a list and at any time, give us a call and we would be happy to arrange another meeting or to answer your concerns over the phone.
The transition from your previous life to your new one is filled with challenges, obstacles and new learning curves. At URSA, we want you to feel as safe and comfortable in our facility as you would anywhere. We understand what you are going through and we are here to help you in any way we can. Give us a call and let us help you. We look forward to getting to know you.
