The staff at URSA have made all the difference
In follow-up to our conversation this morning regarding Stuart's progress at URSA:
Stuart commenced his program with URSA on November 12th 2008. Due to his poor health at the time when he started, he did not attend 5 days a week. He now attends regularly 4 days a week and is also taking course sat Mt. Royal College on Fridays until April 2009.
I would like to thank the staff of URSA for their commitment to making this new program a success. I cannot speak for the other parents or clients, but Stuart is very happy and looks forward to going to URSA each day. He enjoys his program and has nothing negative to comment about. Stuart is well looked after and thanks to Katherine and her staff his health has really improved as well.
I would like to thank each and all of you for your efforts. Katherine is an outstanding employee and takes her work very seriously. I commend her for a job well done and I like the fact that she stays in touch with me on a regular basis.
I look forward to coming in to visit you all again soon. Keep up the good work.

My daughter can't wait for her time at URSA
I just wanted to write a note and say thank you again to URSA for taking Nicolle into this day program. Nicolle coming to this program was a blessing. Nicolle is really happy all the time now and gets so excited about going to program.
She wakes up earlier than she should and is in such a hurry to get going that she doesn't even wait for me to come in to undress her. She is yelling for me and telling me it is time to hurry, even when she has to wait an extra amount of time for the bus to come for her. Every one that comes into the house says she is a very happy girl now and a very social butterfly. Instead of coloring all of the time she now stays with me and visits and socializes with everyone that comes in.
I also want to thank URSA for being so flexible about how long she is there as she tires easily and cannot do the full day. So thank you very much for making my daughter so happy and doing so much with her. She is always doing something new and having the music all the time is very important for Nicolle. So again our thanks and appreciation for everythingy ou are doing with her.

Terrific improvements have been made in his progress
Thank you for your phone call regarding our boy and the progress that he has made so far in your program.
From our side of the issue we see a marked improvement in Travis. We see that he is trying to talk more often and that he uses please and thank you with ease and correctly.
He is a changed person, very happy 24/7 and most eager to go on the bus to get to his "work".
Please pass along our comments to the staff who are working with Travis and tell them that they are making a very positive difference in his life.
We feel that the move to your program has been a very positive one and one that has been very beneficial to his personal development.
