Who We Are:

Universal Rehabilitation Service Agency (URSA) is a Calgary-based, non-profit agency which was established in 1985. Our objective is to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities in community settings. “Universal” refers to an agency willing to develop and provide needed rehabilitation services not currently in existence. It also identifies URSA’s commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise with other national and international centres.

Mission:

To develop and provide opportunities for individuals with disabilities to attain a personal level of achievement and excellence in life!

Vision:

To provide an excellent service to individuals and their families to maximize quality of life in a wholistic manner.
