Specialized Wholistic Therapist (40 hours per week) Working 1:1 in a residential setting, staffing schedule includes a 24 hour shift then 2 days off. Experience in human services required, relevant education (Rehabilitation diploma, etc.)
Wholistic Therapist (20, 30, 40 hours per week or relief) In a team environment, successful candidates will assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, etc.) and program development for individuals in a variety of settings (group homes, community, etc.). Experience in human services required, relevant education (Rehabilitation diploma, etc.)
Community Support Worker (20, 30, 40 hours per week or relief) In a team environment, successful candidates will assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, etc.) and implementing individual support plans for individuals in a variety of settings (group homes, community, etc.). Experience in human services required, relevant education (Rehabilitation/Personal Care certificate, etc.)
Wholistic Therapist - Day Program (20, 40 hours per week) In a team environment, successful candidate will plan and implement recreational activities, group activities, event planning, rehabilitation, personal care, cooking, and documentation. Experience in human service and working with individuals with Brain Injuries and Developmental Disabilities required, relevant education in the Human Services Field required.
Wholistic Therapist - SCLS (10, 20, 40 hours per week) The successful candidate will asist individuals in a community setting or the clients home with life skills, lifestyle planning, daily living activities (i.e. career planning, finances etc.), recreation planning and documentation. Experience in human service and working with individuals with Brain Injuries and Developmental Disabilities required, relevant education in the Human Services Field required.
Recreational Aid (40 hours per week) In a team enviornment successful candidate will develop, coordinate and participate iwth recreation and community awareness programs, including the planning and coordination of special events for individuals with disabilities. Also participate in personal care, group activities, and documentation. Successful candidate will have a diploma in Recreation and Leisure or related field. Must have knowledge of people with Brain Injuries.
Housekeeper (20 hours per week) Successful candidates will be responsible for cooking, general cleaning and disinfecting, special functions, food preparation, maintaining supplies, and inventory control within a group home setting. A background in cleaning, cooking, and in safe food handling, and WHMIS is required.
Wholistic Assistant Manager (40 hours per week) Successful candidate will have 1 - 2 years supervisory experience with a team of 5 to 7 employees and in providing direct care to individuals with special needs. Duties may include design, implementation, monitoring of individual programs, leadership, direction, and providing personal care (bathing, toileting, etc.) to persons with special needs in a variety of settings.
Wholistic Manager (40 hours per week) Successful candidate will have 3 - 5 years experience in administration and supervision of a team of 7 - 10 people, a degree or diploma in rehabilitation or human services, and 3 - 5 years of experience in working with individuals with disabilities. Duties include overseeing the design and implementation of individual programs, health and safety issues, lifestyle planning, leadership direction, supervision, staff evaluations and scheduling. Some personal care is involved.
Awake Overnight (40 hours per week) Successful candidate will have a diploma in rehabilitation or related field and 2-3 years experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties include medication administration, cleaning, cooking, participate in bed checks, documentation, ensure safety for all clients and maintain contact with other designated group homes throughout the night.
